Praise be to the geographical "top location" in the West of Germany; no other German location is located closer to Antwerp, the largest sea port in Europe, which can easily compete with Hamburg in terms of cargo handling. We are happy to leave the title of "Gate to the World" with the Hanseatic city. The District of Heinsberg can demonstrate modestly, but confidently, that being located in the hinterland of one of Europe's largest sea ports can be a great location for distribution logistics businesses and exporting companies.
